DUE TO INCREASED POSTAL COST BEGINNING IN JANUARY THE SHIPPING MINIMUM WILL INCREASE TO $175. SHIPPING WILL REMAIN AT $15 FOR BC AND AB 

HOWEVER AN INCREASE TO $20 FOR ALL  OTHER CANADIAN PROVINCES FURTHER EAST IS NECESSARY TO STAY INLINE WITH THE VERY HIGH POSTAL RATES.

Shipping is by Canada Post Expedited 2-6 business days (depends on distance) I find most parcels arrive within 3 days.Areas that have been effected from flooding or that have to be directed through the Richmond distribution Center may experience temporary delays. 

Most items will be shipped within 2-5 business days of payment received. Your order is not considered complete until payment is received by DAB Skincare. Orders are sent out in order of completion. Orders not paid within 3 days will be cancelled.

Orders will receive a tracking number for Canada Post when posted. 

If you would prefer to use a different postage method we are happy to coordinate this for you but all postage costs would be the customers responsibility. I have had a positive experience with shipping through Canada Post however in the event that an item is received damaged or lost it will be up to the Post Office to determine insurability. Glass items are considered fragile and cannot be guaranteed. We do take extreme caution when shipping the medical grade amber bottles to ensure they arrive intact.
